Biography

Steve's loan spell at Widnes in 2009 enabled him to add his powerful presence to the successful Northern Rail Cup campaign which saw the former England Academy International make his first appearance in a major Cup Final, and score his first senior try.

 

In 2010 Steve, moved to the Vikings but was almost immediately sidelined for five months before making a return in the Northern Rail Cup Final defeat against Batley.

 

Having helped to 'tick the box' in 2009, Steve displayed a high level of consistency on his return to Super League in 2012, allowing him to pass the 100 career appearance milestone.

 

Steve is sponsored by LDMC Properties for the 2013 Super League season.
