The Valhalla Foundation Summer School got into full flight this week down at the Stobart Stadium.

Just short of 100 children came down to the stadium and were put through their paces yesterday and today in preparation for their big tournament day tomorrow.

On Monday the children were warmed up with a Match Day warm up and then given guided tours of both the museum and the players gym areas.

Today the children got up close and personal with the first team squad and took part in mini skills sessions around the pitch in small groups. At the end of the morning the children were then allowed to get their shirts signed by the squad and have all their photos with their heroes.

All the children will be back again tomorrow to take part in a mini festival on the pitch. This will be the chance for the children to showcase their skills in front of all their parents.
