Last Thursday the Valhalla Foundation ventured into The Brow Primary in Runcorn for their Careers Day.

Tim Holmes and John Foran spoke to the class about what their jobs are all about and what qualities are needed to be successful as a rugby coach. They also briefly discussed the life of professional players and what they need to do to be the best in their positions (well John did, Tim listened to that part!!!
