Landscape World have extended their partnership with Widnes Vikings into 2019, signing up as a main kit partner for the third successive season. Offering incredible backing to the club, the long-term partners have expanded their presence on the Vikings kit this year – securing the prominent back of shirt position.

The business is led by avid Vikings supporter and local businessman, Chris Price, who has been a staunch and valued partner of the club since 1996 through his previous company Lunts Heath Building Supplies. Having been initially invited to join the club’s commercial family by the great Frank Myler, Chris and his businesses have delivered a two-decade commitment to the club. 

The Landscape World brand has been synonymous with Widnes Vikings since its formation in 2011, backing a range of player, community and club sponsorship opportunities. As well as featuring on the club's home and away shirts in recent years, Landscape World have also supported a number of Vikings social programmes, including Gamechanger Camps for local school children.

Chris Price, owner of Landscape World, says: “We are proud to appear on the Vikings first team shirt for the third consecutive year.

“Whilst brand awareness is naturally important to my business, what is equally important to me is supporting my club, through the good and the bad times. We have overcome difficult times in the past, and we can do that again if we all pull together.

“I’ve supported Widnes Vikings all my life. From travelling to Wembley finals from Ditton Junction as a child, through to the more recent successes in the Northern Ford Premiership Final and the Northern Rail Cup, this club has given me and my family some very special memories. The Vikings will always mean a lot to me, and I am looking forward to seeing what 2019 holds.”
