Ticketing info and conditions

Reserved Seating

Reserved seats are only located in the Milburn Stand. This type of ticket means that the customer has the same seat(s) all day (or both days if a weekend ticket). Seats work from row AA at the front and then alphabetically, back in the stand.

Seat numbers work from the Gallowgate Stand side across to the side near the Leazes Stand. It will depend on where your seats are located as to which side is nearer to the halfway line. If you require clarification on this, please contact the RFL.

Unreserved Seating

Unreserved seats are currently located in the Leazes Stand, East Stand and Gallowgate Stand. This type of ticket means supporters are free to pick any seat in their chosen area to sit in. They can mix with other supporters and move freely around the stand. For safety reasons, supporters will not be able to migrate into other unreserved areas other than the one they have purchased for.

Unlike reserved seating, should people vacate their seats, they will not be guaranteed to have the same seats when they get back. Please note, some seats will be marked as reserved for wheelchair user’s families and hospitality, these areas must not be used by supporters.

As this is an RFL managed event, the concession levels are available to:

  • Seniors aged 65 and over

  • Students (with valid identification which will be requested at the turnstiles)

  • Juniors aged 16 and under

  • Serving military (with valid identification which will be requested at the turnstiles)

Weekend Ticket Sales

Tickets for the full weekend will once again be on one ticket. For reserved seats, this will mean supporters will keep the same seat on both days.

When purchasing weekend passes, supporters must retain their ticket on Saturday to be allowed entry on Sunday, failure to do so may mean they will not be guaranteed entry in to the stadium and will have to repurchase a ticket.

Babes in Arms

Everyone entering the stadium must have a valid ticket including babies. Children under the age of 2 can be issued a ticket free of charge.

Wheelchair Users and Ambulant Disabled Supporters

All wheelchair spaces will be allocated by the RFL. For more information, contact the RFL Ticket Office on 0844 856 1113 or email
