Denis Betts’ side head into the game in decent form, with an unbeaten pre-season followed by a convincing victory over Catalans Dragons. The 40-12 win, in which the Vikings ran in 7 seven tries, and 34 unanswered points, was a brilliant way for the Club to kick-start their 2018 campaign. With 6 wins in their last 7 games, dating back to the 2017 Super 8s, Qualifiers campaign, the Vikings will be looking to continue that run of form.

The Castleford Tigers started the 2018 season with a 46-6 defeat at the Totally Wicked Stadium against Justin Holbrook’s St Helens. The 2017 League Leaders would have been hoping to continue their form from last season into 2018, and will be looking to do that on home soil this weekend.
