Build your mental strength at Offload

Build your mental strength at Offload

2nd October 2017

Widnes Vikings are proud to deliver Offload, a fantastic programme that uses the power of Rugby League to give men new tools and inspiration to build their mental resilience.

Taking place at the Halton Stadium every Tuesday evening from 6.30pm until 8.00pm, this programme is free and open to all men aged between 16-65. Sessions have been described as "truly life changing" and "a brilliant experience" by participants.

Offload is led by former Rugby League players and other members of the Rugby League community, including coaches and referees. They share their experiences of managing the stresses of difficult moments in their lives, and provide vital advice on how to stay mentally resilient.

The sessions are fun, relaxed and interactive - and give participants unique experiences, such as the opportunity to train in the Vikings Performance Centre.

Participants do not need any interest in or knowledge of rugby league to benefit, as the course is made relevant to everyone. Whilst Offload runs as a ten-week programme, people are welcome to drop into any sessions and join the programme at any stage.

For more information call 0151 495 2250 (option 4) or email
