The Stobart Stadium Halton boasts two superb conference suites, a social club as well as a large Exhibition Hall.

These four facilities (as well as our excellent executive suites) allow a wide spectrum of events to be hosted, giving you the perfect environment for large events such as major presentations through to a small board meeting, all provided with our first class service.

All suites are air-conditioned, come with a range of Audio-Visual and Technical equipment with administrative back-up on request.
 


CorporateAt the Stobart Stadium Halton we offer outstanding Executive level facilities, a perfect setting for meetings.

The Executive Suites are an inspirational setting for smaller boardroom or theatre style meetings with their unique setting at the top level of the South Stand overlooking the pitch.

All Executive Suites are fitted with sliding glass doors that lead out to their own private balcony and are furnished to a high standard.

The Executive Suites are also an excellent location for a small party or meal as it has its own private Executive Box Bar exclusively for use by Executive Suite Guests which is open on match days and offers a fine selection of soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits, and you can have food and drinks served in your Executive Suite. On non-match days this Bar can be opened by prior arrangement otherwise waiter service is always available.

The Executive Suites are split into three types, each accommodating various numbers and events; these are Triple, Double and Single Size Executive Suites.

River Suite Image
The River Suite is a medium size suite with a comfortable and pleasing atmosphere.

This suite is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standard and depending on room layout can accomodate up to 150 people.

The different types of layout include; cabaret, theatre and boardroom style.

The River Suite is equipped with an excellant IT and audio visual system including integral sound, data projector with DVD, VCR, PC and satellite TV. This equipment is available for use without any extra charge.

The suite has the facility to be partitioned into two and has the space for a dance floor and disco area.

A number of room layouts are available including:

  • Cabaret Style for up to 100 people
  • Theatre for up to 150 people
  • Boardroom for up to 30 people

There is a well stocked bar offering a fine selection in wines, beers and spirits.

Bridge Suite ImageThe Bridge Suite is the largest suite in the south stand and depending on room layout can accommodate up to 450 people.

This suite is fully equipped with the latest IT and audio visual equiment includiing data projector with DVD, VCR, PC and satellite TV.

The audio equipment in the suite is designed for conferences and includes the use of radio hand and lapel microphones. There use of all of these facilities is covered with the room hire so there is no additional charge.

The room can be partioned into two halves if required making it ideal for workshop groups or as a way of separating your conference and catering areas.

A number of room layouts are available including:

  • Cabaret Style for up to 250 people
  • Theatre for up to 450 people
  • Boardroom for up to 40 people

The suite has a fixed stage and dance floor area as well as the facility to add extra staging and dance floor if required.

There is a well stocked bar offering a comprehensive selection of soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits.

The Conference and Exhibition Hall is the largest area available at Stobart Stadium Halton, which has a multi-functional use.

Situated at Stadium Fitness, this is easily accessible from the centres main entrance.

The Hall has hosted all kinds of events ranging from large computer fayres to Table Tennis events
