Widnes Vikings Scholarship Golf Day

Extra places now available!

The Vikings have today learned that an additional four teams (of four players) will be able to take part in their forthcoming Scholarship Golf Day at Widnes Golf Club on Friday 31 August.

The day will start at 11.30am for registration, tea / coffee and bacon rolls ahead of a shot-gun start at 1.00pm and the format is based on a 4-ball Stableford, best 2 from 4 (3/4 Handicap), with a maximum handicap of 24.

The price, per team for this event is just £200 (inc. VAT) and each four-ball team will receive;

*Golf for the day and fees

*Tea / Coffee and Bacon Rolls upon arrival

*Prizes for each member of the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd placed teams

*The winning team will be presented with the ‘Frank Tobin Junior Memorial Shield'

*Awards for the longest drive and nearest the pin

*Evening Dinner (Dress code is smart / casual)

*The opportunity to bid on a selection of unique sporting experiences and authentic memorabilia during a fund-raising auction.
