Vavoline U18's Academy League

Story in brief:

 After the preliminary stages of the 2010 Vavoline U18's Academy, the league has been split into three sections - based on points difference.

Congratulations to the Academy players and coaching staff on achieving Group A status for the U18's, and their 100% record with the U16's.

The U18's will now play fellow Group A teams, home and away.

Coach Paul Cullen commented, "I've been hammering away for an awful long time that there is a lot more going on at this club than an injury crisis or whether we're losing games or not at first team level, and after turning over four Super League teams in the past four weeks, we're confident that the Widnes Vikings U18's will be not only playing but competing against the very, very best that Super League has to offer, which is a remarkable achievement and one which must be applauded."
